A separable neon LED strip is a two-part lighting system made from a flexible silicone tube and a compatible LED strip. The silicone tube is the outer neon body: it forms the visible light line and helps diffuse the light into a smoother neon-style glow. The S-shaped LED strip is the internal light source that produces the illumination and can be selected in different colors, power levels and cutting configurations. During production, the silicone tube and LED strip are shaped, cut and assembled separately before the finished neon line is installed on a sign, logo or decorative structure. How to Install a Separable Neon LED Strip？
A separable neon LED strip is installed by preparing the backboard groove, positioning the S-shaped LED strip, completing the electrical connections and inserting the silicone tube. The basic installation sequence is:

Prepare the backboard groove – Create the recessed groove according to the required letter, logo or sign outline.

Install the S-shaped LED strip – Place the compatible LED strip into the groove and follow the planned neon line.

Solder the connections – Connect and solder the strip sections according to the wiring design.
