Installation Steps for Single Color Flex Neon Sign LED Strip

1. Measure and Cut the LED Strip
Measure the length required for the installation and mark the cutting position. Cut off the extra section only along the marked cutting line to avoid damaging the PCB and internal LED components.

2. Solder the Power Wires
Connect the red wire to the positive (+) terminal and the black wire to the negative (-) terminal on the PCB. Make sure the solder joints are secure and the polarity is correct before continuing with the sealing process.

3. Seal the Open End
Apply suitable glue or sealant to the open end of the silicone tube. Install the end cap in the direction indicated by the arrow and ensure that the cap fits tightly over the tube end.

4. Secure the Mounting Clips
Prepare the screws and fixing clips, then position the clips along the planned installation path. Adjust their alignment and spacing before fastening them securely to the mounting surface with a screwdriver.

5. Press the Strip into the Clips
Keep the light-emitting side facing upward and place the strip body fully inside the mounting clips. Make sure the surface of the LED strip remains parallel with the upper edge of the clips after installation.

6. Connect the Power and Protect the Ends
Connect the installed strip to the appropriate power output. Before switching on the lighting, insulate the terminals and exposed ends, then apply suitable short-circuit and anti-corrosion protection.
