1. S-Shape Flexible Design for Curved and Irregular Signage

The biggest advantage of this strip is the S-shaped circuit structure, which allows it to bend sideways and follow curved outlines much more easily than a standard straight LED strip. This makes installation easier on resin letters, borderless lettering, rounded logos and other advertising shapes where a rigid strip would need to be cut into many small sections. S-shaped PCB designs are commonly used specifically for curved signage and custom contours.

2. Tunable White from 3000K to 6500K

Two LED channels are built into the strip, using 3000K warm white and 6500K cool white. With a suitable controller, the color temperature can be adjusted between the two ends to create warmer or cooler white light according to the sign design, environment or display requirement. This is especially useful for customers who want one product to cover different white-light looks instead of stocking separate warm- and cool-white strips.

3. Simple PH2.0 3-Pin Connection

Power can be supplied through the PH2.0 3-pin terminal cable, making connection quick and straightforward. The 3-pin arrangement fits the dual-channel CCT design and is more practical for installation than having to wire the two white channels separately by hand.

4. 48 LEDs/m for Continuous Lighting

The strip contains 48 LEDs per meter, with 24 warm-white and 24 cool-white LEDs. This provides a relatively dense light source along the flexible PCB, helping maintain continuity when the strip is shaped around letters, graphics and curved advertising structures.

Recommended Applications for S Shape Tunable White LED Strip Light

1. Resin Letter Lighting

Resin letters often include rounded corners, irregular outlines and three-dimensional surfaces that are awkward to cover with a straight LED strip. The S-shaped PCB can follow these contours more naturally, while the ability to cut at every LED gives installers much more control over the final length. The adjustable 3000K–6500K white light is also useful when a customer wants to change the visual tone of the finished lettering.

2. Borderless Lettering

Borderless or frameless letters usually have a more irregular outline and less room for traditional rigid lighting components. The flexible S-shape allows the strip to follow the letter perimeter, including curved sections that would otherwise require several separate pieces. This helps keep the lighting closer to the intended outline and reduces unnecessary gaps.

3. Miniature and Small Letters

Small letters leave very little room for mistakes when cutting and fitting the lighting. Because the minimum cut unit is only 41.6mm, the strip can be sized much more closely to the actual letter length. This is useful for small characters, fine strokes and compact logos where a normal strip with longer cutting sections would leave too much unused material.

3. Special-Shaped Mini Light Boxes

Not every light box is a simple rectangle. Some advertising structures use circles, waves, rounded corners or custom branded outlines. The flexible S-shape makes it easier to follow these forms without a large number of separate strip sections, while the broad beam helps distribute the light across the illuminated surface.
